Winget App Updates

Winget cant run because missing Adminrights even when Crapfixer is startet with Admin . . .

Maybe there is a Issue related like microsoft/winget-cli#637 (comment)

I have found you need to run WINGET manually as an administrator in the command shell first, as it asks you to supply your region and you have to allow it, once this is done, then WINGET should operate normally
