Support newer WinAppSDK Singleton(8002.x), app fails to launch after Microsoft Store auto‑update

Describe the problem
On normal connected Windows 10/11, Microsoft Store will automatically upgrade WinAppRuntime.Singleton to version 8002.3.1.0.
The app cannot start and shows no response after clicking, because it depends on older 2.3.1 runtime.

Suggestion

1. Please adapt to newer WinAppSDK versions to be compatible with Singleton 8002.x;
2. Or provide a portable version without WinAppSDK dependency;
3. If compatibility cannot be done, add this known limitation in README for other users.
