[BUG] Web UI setting service from Online to Draft then Online again is loosing configuration

What happened?

On Web UI when deactivating a service from Online to Draft, then putting it back Online the configuration is lost.

How to reproduce?

1 - Configure a service
2 - Add Letsencrypt config and Reverse proxy config
3 - Make sure the service is Online and working
4 - Deactivate the service by setting it Draft
5 - Activate the services by setting it Online again

The SSL and Reverse proxy settings are lost.
