Add a + icon to add entries, groups, and get to the password generator from within the vault. [Feature Request]

Instead of the three dots at the top being the way you create entries and groups, there should be a plus icon at the bottom in the middle. This plus icon will be able to let the user create entries, create groups, and also get to the password generator from within the vault. I have provided a screenshot with a red circle indicating where the plus icon should go.
