Bin refinement: empty binsO

Hello,
I've run metawrap with the three default binners and -l 1500. Now trying to do bin_refinement (-c 50 -x 10) but it tells me:

I've seen in other people's Issues that when they got this error their binsAB/binsBC/binsAC were empty. Mine are not empty. My binsO (and binsO.tmp is still there and empty as well) is empty though, even though that step gave no error. Why did "Making a new dereplicated version of each bin file" remove everything??
