CVE-2024-45048 question

i have targeted a web that used the library and vulnerable to this.
the only thing that work is External Request entity ( i got hit on my webhook site)
but loading local file and sent it to external site doesnt work.
using template to display it as a row value also does not work.
may i know how you do that ?
