Matching questions for learning activities

I don't know if anyone else experienced this, but the first time I got one of the matching questions wrong I was confused when the question and answer I selected just stayed the same color. I wasn't sure if I got it wrong and refreshed the page because I didn't know you just keep can keep selecting other answers without it resetting.

In most cases with questions like this they both deselect and then you can try again. This could maybe make it feel a little smoother
