♻️ 리팩토링 사항

컴포넌트 id를 props로 받지 않고 label 값으로 설정합니다.
useSafeContext 를 적용합니다.
화살표 입력에 따라 값을 조절합니다.
FormData 로 value 를 가져올 수 있도록 보이지 않는 input 태그를 삽입합니다.
