Unable to sync remote deck

Getting the above error when I try to sync remote decks from Google docs.

Unfortunately (and possibly unrelated) my images from Google docs are still not showing up on my Anki cards after installing the new update that was recently pushed:

I don't think this is related to the other issue tbh.

There are a few reason why you might be getting a read time out. It might be a simple as the files being too large but could be that your getting flagged for scrapping (unlikely).

Is there any chance you can link me the google docs? can send it privately to okellyconor at gmail.com

so regarding the images not appearing:
if I re-publish/re-add the remote deck to Anki it seems to work.
