Synchronization Issue

If I add a pair of question and answer to the Google Docs it does reflect in the Anki desktop app, but the lines I remove from the document don't get removed from the deck in my machine.

Also, when I add cards through Anki desktop it doesn't synchronize the document by adding a line.

I don't know if the addon is supposed to do these things in the first place, but one would think it's the case. My version is 2.1.46 (94913ec2)
