Add fastest times per distance per month #11

Add new chart with y axis of time taken (hh:mm:ss) and x axis of date (YYYY-MM). Series should be: -

Fastest 1k time
Fastest 5k time
Fastest 10k time
Fastest 20k time
Fastest 40k time

Graph then shows fastest times achieved at various distances over time, allowing comparisons over time.
