Multi word tags support

@naher94 Need to change the structure for Tag front matter across the site to handle multi word tags. Use the following syntax:

tag: [Fabrication, CNC Routing]

I've already updated for the workshops entries.

did you mod the workshops page in order to handle? @eddymankim. if so what was adjusted in order to propagate accordingly

the problem with this is URL formatting http://localhost:4000/tags/#Digital%20Fabrication
uppercase and %20 is poor style. could we use dashes and lowercase?

Lets try and figure out a Jekyll Solution to the url formatting to replace the spaces with - and lowercase
