Option --independent not available in any tagged releases

Description

The --independent flag is in project documentation so I'd expect to be able to use it in a tagged release. However, the latest tagged release is older than the patch where support for --independent was added.

Reproduce

In .bumpversion.cfg:

[bumpversion]
current_version = 1.2

parse = (?P<major>\d+)\.(?<minor>\d+)
serialize = {major}.{minor}

[bumpversion:part:major]
independent = True

A command like bump2version --dry-run --list major will error out because the --independent flag is not supported by any tagged release.

Request

Would it be possible to:

• cut a new release, with support for --independent
• update the docs for --independent to indicate that the feature is not yet available

I am the one who has implemented this (#234) and I was ready to kill my own fork in favour of this project, but unfortunately, the projet looks like stuck (this is the reason why I made a fork some years ago). This is very unfortunate.

Ugh. I have burned several hours trying to get the independent feature working, only to finally figure out that it's not really in the release.
