Savings goals are autoset and can't be reseted to zero

A new user Savings are set automatically to the same amount as the first income he adds, assuming a user is not interested in savings or not planning to have savings, this should be auto set to zero. also trying to set the goal back to zero is not allowed.

This makes sense to fix. I actually think this is pulling the "Remaining" balance, not the income. Nonetheless, it doesn't make sense to use any other fields as the default value for the goal.
