Documentation includes more packages to install than necessary

The build instructions for Visual Studio are too conservative and ask users to install more packages than needed. A fresh windows installation needs to be setup to verify what the minimal requirements are.

There is an outdated figure in the Visual Studio C# tutorial. It shows a HumanFactorCSharp.dll instead of the correct DHARTAPICSharp.dll. The text is correct, though.
