Base glyphs missing from many kerning classes

I noticed that many base glyphs are missing from the kerning classes they should be in.

For example, "W" is missing from all the kerning classes that contain "Wcircumflex(Ŵ) Wgrave(Ẁ) Wacute(Ẃ) Wdieresis(Ẅ)", while "Y" is missing from all the kerning classes that contain "Yacute(Ý) Ycircumflex(Ŷ) Ydieresis(Ÿ) uni1E8E(Ẏ) Ygrave(Ỳ) uni1EF4(Ỵ) uni1EF6(Ỷ) uni1EF8(Ỹ)".
