Break Out Template Docs

The docs in the repo are a disjointed mix of how the project will be setup/deployed and how to use the template. The second a project is created they are more or less out of date. I would rather remove them entirely and instead have docs about how to use the template perhaps in another repo or managed on a gh-pages branch here.
