身份证作为公民的唯一标识，很多时候办事只需要复印件，但是有些时候却不能。作为唯一标识的身份证究竟是怎么样的存在？
同理，有些证不可使用复印件。
此外，区块链下，这些繁琐的事情是否可以省略
