No vignettes found

Hi, I tried to run PISCES as the instruction, but I have an issue with loading the vignettes.
Do you have any suggestion? Thank you so much.

Very sorry for the issue. A recent update outdate our old "General Workflow" vignette, and as we've not had time to update the old one yet, I removed the old version.

For now, you should be able to install with the updated command in the readme (just committed that change). We'll also do our best to have a new vignette up by the end of this week.
