Stuck after the message "Computing regulons enrichment with aREA"

Hi! Thanks for the great tool!

While I was running the PISCESViper function, I get the message from the viper call "Computing regulons enrichment with aREA" and a loading bar like |==========| 100%

I'm currently working with an HPC cluster which I think is pretty fast. I waited for an hour but still, nothing happens. What would be the reason for that?

Could you guide me to solve the issue?
