Unable to bump version: No file in <path> matched to [**/requirements.txt or **/pyproject.toml]

Action version: callowayproject/bump-my-version@master

Description

We found after PR #315 is merged, we're unable to trigger bump-my-version action due to following error.

Error: No file in *** matched to [**/requirements.txt or **/pyproject.toml], make sure you have checked out the target repository

After pinning action version to callowayproject/bump-my-version@1.0.2 the issue resolved.

Same problem, seems like actions/setup-python@v5 was trying to generate a cache key from **/requirements.txt or **/pyproject.tom but failed, but I'm not sure how the caching mechanism works exactly.

Also callowayproject/bump-my-version@master, I managed to fix it by adding an empty requirements.txt.

With cache: 'pip' not useful for non-python projects or projects without requirements.txt or pyproject.toml (https://github.com/actions/setup-python?tab=readme-ov-file#caching-packages-dependencies)
