Provide code action to refactor Camel URI String to Java Fluent builder API

With Camel 3.0, a fluent builder is introduced in Java API for Camel URI configuration.
it would be nice to have a code action to automatically convert Camel URi strings to it (and maybe the opposite way but might be harder).
