Request for Access to Trained ML Model

Hi Cindy,

I am reaching out regarding your recently released pipeline to predict scRNA seq pipelines for scRNA seq dataset. I noticed the trained ML model isn't included in the repository. Could you please provide access to it? Having the pre-trained model would greatly assist me in comparing the performance of our lab model to yours.

If possible, can you please share the model via the repository or a data-sharing platform?
