separate overall score and cell type score into different plots (different metrics)
Ability to manually set cell type
cluster the correlation heatmap with a dendrogam
Minimum cell category cutoff might need renamed to something more in line with its function
verify default UMAP parameters
stashing config in anndata / sce for re-upload (i.e. download both the data and the config)
