I have got the mediation toolbox at GitHub: https://github.com/canlab/MediationToolbox. I followed every steps as described in the “Mediation sample data walkthrough”. However, a program error interrupt occurred in the Step 7: Run the mediation and only one bootstrapped histograms was shown. Could you please do me the favor instructing me to overcome this program error?

You're going to need to be much more specific. What arguments were you using to run the function? Which version of matlab were you using? What is the exact error output you got?

Yes please do help us bye sending the full error message and what version of Matlab you are using. Very common error occurs if you close the graphics window and it tries to refer to it. Tor
