Error message and details missing when action fails for a single machine

Describe the bug
When machine action performed from the machine page fails, the error message does not report the reason for the failure. Instead, the error message is a generic bulk action text: Action failed for 1 machine: <machine_name>

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to machine details screen
2. Perform an action that will fail (i.e. try to deploy 20.04 on a machine with minimal required kernel == 22.04)
3. An error message will appear with the text: Action failed for 1 machine: <machine_name>

Expected behavior
Error message should contain the details of the failure (i.e. focal has no kernels available which meet min_hwe_kernel(ga-22.04))
