Unable to run multipass #3889

I am using windows 10 pro. When I try to run Multipass, I get open ssl fatal error. "OpenSSL: FATAL
OPENSSL_Uplink(00007FFE5E21D068,08): no OPENSSL_Applink". How do i resolve this.
