Describe the bug
Describe what your problem is.
My multipass is stuck on the message "Waiting for Daemon" for a really long time. I have restarted my computer and the app and yet it is still showing me the message.
To Reproduce
How, and what happened?

  1. Not sure why this happened. It was working up until yesterday.

Logs
Please provide logs from the daemon, see accessing logs on where to find them on your platform.

Additional info

  • OS: macOS 10.15
  • multipass version- 24.04

Hi @jr0202 ! Did you just install Multipass, or did this bug only occur recently and you were able to use Multipass correctly in the past?
Also, could you please double check your macOS version (e.g. Sequoia 15.2) and Multipass version (e.g. 1.15.0)? Thanks, it will help us contextualize your issue a bit better.

You may also try to have a look at our Troubleshooting documentation, we recently added a new topic on How to troubleshoot launch/start issues that might help you shed light on what's happening.
