Chromium does not remain in fullscreen mode when F11 is pressed

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. `frame-it chromium`
2. Press `F11`

**Expect:** Chromium remains fullscreen
**Actual:** Chromium gains decorations and has a border around it (around the size of drop-shadows)
