Data files closed or moved?

Hello I am trying to run the jDA analysis however am hitting an error when trying to retrieve the single cell data files:

curl: (28) Failed to connect to acgt.cs.tau.ac.il port 80 after 127929 ms: Connection timed out
unzip: cannot find or open aml.zip, aml.zip.zip or aml.zip.ZIP.
rm: cannot remove ‘aml.zip’: No such file or directory

Could you try to run the script again? Looks like maybe the server was down for a bit, I just tried it and it worked well.

Hello, thanks for the reply! The data can be successfully downloaded now.
However, I have trouble downloading the 'mofatools' package from the runfactorization.R script. Just wondering how you were able to add the package as I can not seem to find anything online regarding the 'mofatools' package.
