Custom Cover/Thumbnail Images for Videos

Platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Notion, and Loom pull video thumbnails automatically. Current first-frame capture works, but custom covers let us add branded text/overlays for pro polish

Ability to set a custom cover image/thumbnail for exported videos, preferably one of the frames from the video or manual upload.

Although platforms like youtube allow you to set a cover for the video but I think this is a good idea to support it out of the box!

some platforms do but some don't, it's a good feature to have this and should be fairly easy to implement

I would recommend to add this option export section, so user can select a frame from the video as cover just before exporting
