Save not updating existing snippets

Describe the bug
After you have saved an initial snippet, if you open that snippet again or make an edit then saving again.
The saved snippet for the account is not updated. It only contains the initial save state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Save a snippet
2. Make some changes and save again
3. Go to account snippets and open, this snippet does not contain the changes from step 2.

Expected behavior
Account snippet should be updated.

Facing this, when I do a local setup, any idea on how to resolve it ?
