To me this tool doesn't look ready for public use, e.g.:
- When clicking on the first featured offering (a minted NFT maybe?) it says "Something went wrong" / "Try again".
- There's no "documentation" on the menu - which is only available after users agree to a disclaimer on the front page.
- I accidentally found a description of how the tool works on the "About us" page, which is a breach of standard Internet practice (generally "us" refers to information about the company and/or its members).
I read that "About us" page and I still don't understand how the "Marketplace" or NFT minting service work (the apparent basis for the marketplace and nftsupport tags). From what I've seen, the only way you'd understand this system is to subscribe to & begin using it. It's only fair to Dev Portal users that they should be able to read about how your system works before making that kind of commitment.
The idea looks useful and maybe novel in the Cardano community but I think this service & site need to be fully developed, more widely used, and more properly documented (e.g. with a walk-through of how it works and/or an FAQ).

It's hard to see what it does on Cardano. It looks like you are using stake keys as a registration? I assume the site has it's own database and this is not onchain. Also is it a market place? Should we have a new category like "social platform". |

Okay let's do that. We can add https://cryptonaut.id and other as well. |

Done in: although I'm not recommending that category for this submission for reasons already mentioned in #1463 (review). |

Any update / opinions? |

Hi team, Thank you for your patience and feedback throughout this process. The frontend is now significantly more stable (with 50 active alpha testers currently using the platform). The experience is ready for new users to onboard smoothly. Documentation concerns raised earlier have been addressed:
as you mentioned about the introduction of new "social" tag, I believe this would be the most appropriate fit for Moments. **I'd appreciate your guidance on how I should proceed in this current PR, regarding merge conflicts. ** Would you prefer close this and I submit a new PR? Or is there some alternative? Please let me know how you'd like. Committed to getting this done properly and appreciate your support. Thanks! |
