Why
It is obvious that reference scripts are not in demand for Hydra Heads, because you can tweak protocol parameters and have zero tx fees there. But, reference inputs are very much in demand if you use existing L1 script utxos into hydra heads. As I understand, currently script utxo is committed into a head, even if it is only used for its datum input and it is not modified.
What
Allow adding reference inputs from L1 inside hydra head transactions.
How
I don't know if this is feasible.
