Feature Request: When Event ID is set, display all replies to that event as comments

When an event ID is set, it would be great if all nostr replies to that event could be incorporated into the comments list as if they were comments on the page, even if they happened outside the comments page on the nostr network.

That is how it SHOULD works. You can/should be able to see your comment/note on Damus, Iris, etc... and visa-versa...

Just have to make sure that they are on the same relay. I'll look into it more to confirm that is all still working, hoping to have some time to fix a few other issues here and tighten up some code hopefully this week.

It seems like at the moment the replies don't show up that way. I did a little test here:

There is one comment that I sent with the account id above. That account uses several of the same relays used on https://dissentwatch.com/boost/?boost_post_id=534885 in the header.
