Question
Hello,

The documentation is not clear on where and how the config file should be named?
As per documentation i wrote sudo nano ~/.config/ultrasync and it worked.

Does this support a ATS advanced x500 with Ultrasync connection?
User: ? user account or Ultrasync id / SID
Pin: ? user account pin or Ultrasync password

Can i change the connecting port? through the config? ATS usually connects through port 32000

YOu can try updating your configuration file to read:

...
host: https://your.security.panel:32000
...

I don't know if it will work with your model or not; I'm not familiar with it, so there are no promises.

Thanks for the reply,
i have tried it, but as i'm unsure of the use of a username or SID number.
i got an connection refused.

Until you know that, you definitely can't leverage this plugin. You could try reaching out to the person who is managing your security system. They should be able to reset your password and login for you (or at least provide you the installer code)
