New layout: Curriculum/lesson table

We would like to see one more layout, for lesson tables. It should look like the tables on this page: https://software-carpentry.org/lessons/

As this was not in the original list, opening this issue to see if we can add it in now.

Note currently we don't have source data for this table as it is manually built. We could create a yaml file for this data.

@maneesha We estimate this as 7-9 hours. @regisphilibert May have more comments on the work itself before starting.

I have created makeshift layouts in each of our lesson program repos. Code is slightly different in each as the current table layout for each lesson program is slightly different. This should be standardized and wrapped in a function.
