How could the content be improved?

Seems like there is often at least one group that creates there lesson in an organization in github and needs advice for the level of access they should give their collaborators. We should add an instructor note or spoiler, I'd lean towards spoiler with advice on this.

Also might be good to include what kind of access collaborators on personal repos get as well.

Which part of the content does your suggestion apply to?
