3.1 and safetensors files

Description

The release notes say that .safetensors support came on release 0.3.0 however, I have 0.3.1 and when I try to import a checkpoint file, I don't see .safetensors files, nor does it accept when I type in the file name. Was the support removed? or is there another issue?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to add on preferences
click import checkpoint file
look for .safetensors files

Expected Behavior

Loading a safetensors checkpoint

This is my mistake, my plugin was an older version.
