Can't access to geoserver, 404 error page

Hello,
I've just installed cartoview 1.8 on my windows 10, I have also java8 32bit installed. When trying to enter geoserver I get the 404 error message saying that the page is not availabl,
Note that I tried all the solutions I've found on the internet, I added the ports in firewall advanced security, changed the Java home path, tried to restart apache tomcat in services manager, I even reinstalled everything on another PC.
So i'm hoping if anyone ran into the same problem or maybe I'm missing something ... If anyone can help pleaase
