Externalize Alias purchase

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Alias purchase is opinionated and should be an implementation details
  • Alias purchase requires an external dependency (Blink) to handle Lightning payments (could be build on eCash too)

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Remove the username / alias endpoint and move it to a separate project that can act as an add-on.
