Setting a passing grade as activity completion

I have an issue when setting a passing grade as completion criteria. (I'm pretty sure, that maybe 6-8 months ago that worked quite fine within other projects).

Now I get this:

I did set up a passing grade within grading-settings (although, again, I'm quite sure, that this was not necessary earlier):

Has there been a change that I just missed?
