Experimental OAuth2.0/OIDC support in MCP Server

Release v0.13.0 adds experimental support for OAuth/OIDC. Initially this is based on utilizing Nextcloud as both the token issuer and token validator using the oidc and user_oidc apps, respectively.

While the MCP Server supports OAuth tokens, the two Nextcloud apps require patches to work - check the /docker-compose.yml file and associated patches under /app-hooks/post-installation/. With two patches applied to these apps, Nextcloud MCP Server is accessible to OAuth-enabled MCP clients such as Claude Code.
