I work in an AAC clinic and my client uses the free version of CBoard. I want to export a copy of the programming from the phone and import it on the iPad (using log in is not an option). When I try exporting all files as Openboard, I get a message saying “ups…something went wrong. Please try again”. When I try exporting as CBoard, it saves as json file. When I go to import the json file, I get a message saying “warning, there is nothing to import from the current file”. There are many folders in each board and many boards so I can’t start from scratch. Hoping you can provide more support. Thank you.
