Show my attribution

Pull attribution information from CCID and embedded image data and display it in the app.

In particular, it should show this information on the page that asks for login that says "how will you be attributed" - it should answer that question by showing the user.

In the gallery, when displaying images, it should show best practice attribution information for the image. We want the user to see themselves being credited for their work, even to themselves in the app.

@mattl Logged into - don't see any new attribution features to review? I think I gave my ideas for how attribution might look on another issue that I can't find right now.

I saw (also can't find) Jane's comments on this elsewhere. Key point that stuck out is that Google doesn't have a good standard for this on mobile (no one does). They have asked us to consider helping in this - The List is an opportunity to show a best practice for attribution. Worth spending some time on it to get it right, and testing ideas.
