Can I add the "More" buttom?

Hey there, im completely new in github hehe, just made profile to contact you haha!
But getting to the point, I would like to know if its possible to make the "more" buttom appear in the fullscreen no distraction mode activated, just because I like to put markers on my cards, like colour flags, marks, etc. Would be really useful, because everyday I add new cards myself and I have to get out and in pressing F11 just to set up flags and marks etc.
