Unless this is just on my device (win 10 YogaC940)
It seems that you are not able to see the bottom "Options, custom study, Description"-row when in full screen and choosing a deck.

when you exit the full screen mode (also sometimes without having entered it at all)
you do not see the bottom answer bar. Maybe this is something I could fix in the settings?
