Add an element to specify Results/Controlled Terminology in the model

This PBI is to add element(s) which can be used to specify terminology and whether an analysis is terminology driven (True or False).

This was discussed on 2024-03-13 and it was agreed that this change should be considered for a future version of ARS because the full set of use cases and requirements is unclear. There is also a question of whether use of controlled terminology to define, for example, groupings would be an implementation option rather than something built into the model. There may be some benefit in defining "result terminology" to facilitate the definition, sharing and comparing of analysis components, and the relationship to ADaM terminology. This may be part of a wider discussion about use of controlled terminology in ARS.
