The most recent set of examples were developed for the hackathon. A separate repository was created for the Hackathon containing a static copy of the ARS repository content. However, updates were subsequently made to the examples in the workfiles/examples/Hackathon folder of the main repository. For clarity, it would be better if the contents of the Hackathon example folder were the same in both repositories, with updated example file being in a separate folder (which should ideally be named to indicate that the contents related to the v1 release).
I'd recommend copying the updated example files to a new "ARS v1" folder in workfiles/examples and re-copying the original hackathon example files from the hackathon repository back into the Hackathon folder.

Create new ARS v1 folder in workfiles/examples with most recent versions of example files. Reinstate original Hackathon example files (issue #212). Disable value rules for WhereClauseCondition (issue #213). Add example files for US Interchange.
