Not able to create Account Using Multisig

Description

I am trying to create a Delegate Account using Celo Mondo but connecting through Wallet Connect Modal using a Mulktisign, I have tried using the Safe UI and also using Celo Terminal, both failed.

Using SafeUI

Environment

• Celo Mondo app version
• MacOS 26.1 (25B78)
• ARC Version 1.125.1 (72271) Chromium Engine Version 143.0.7499.110
• Multisign Using SafeUI or Celo Terminal
